Judith lives in the greater Toronto area and she is delighted to be your wedding officiant. She is a registered licensed wedding officiant for the province of Ontario. Judith appreciates both the joy and importance of your promise to one another and she will work with you to ensure your ceremony will be everything you expect it to be.
Judith happily performs weddings for all couples and is a LGTBQ+ ally. Her utmost priority is to do her part to ensure you have exactly the special day you’re hoping for.

Your Intimate Elopement Space
Bliss Chapel Toronto offers a charming and intimate space for couples looking to elope. Our chapel can accommodate up to 10 people, providing an intimate and romantic atmosphere for your special day. Say “I do” in a beautiful space that eliminates the hassle of booking a separate chapel and officiant.
Features
- Pre-Decorated Space: Our chapel is tastefully decorated.
- Parking: Free parking is available at our location to accommodate your guests
- Park Ceremony: Alternatively, you can choose to have your ceremony in the picturesque park located just beyond our parking lot.
- Appointment Only: To ensure your day is as special as can be, we operate by appointment only, with no walk-ins.
- Ceremony: The ceremony itself lasts between 10-15 minutes, with a complete service timeframe of 30 minutes.
- Available Days: We are open on Saturdays and Sundays from 11am to 5pm, and on Mondays and Tuesdays from 3pm to 6pm.

STEP 1- bOOK YOUR FREE CONSULTATION!
By booking your consultation, we’ll be able to help answer any questions you may have in regards to your wedding day. We cover what to expect, important issues that may arrive, and wedding ceremony details.
STEP 3 – BEFORE THE WEDDING DAY!
Our officiant will setup your consult via in-person, phone or online to go over the wedding ceremony and wedding day. This is usually done a week before your wedding. Upon request we can arrange a wedding rehearsal which is usually two days or the night before the wedding.
Please have your marriage license onhand.
… and finally THE WEDDING DAY!
It is our policy to be present at least one-half hour before the wedding ceremony begins. This ensures the ceremony goes as planned and there are no surprises from our end.
You are legally required to have a marriage license to become legally married. You can pick the license up from any city hall in Ontario within 90 days of the ceremony. Please bring the license on the day of the wedding along with two witnesses to complete the paperwork before I can register it with the government.
Following your wedding day, as the law requires within 48 hours, we’ll mail the original wedding documents to the Ministry of Ontario.
